St. Barth Entry Regulations: all inbound travelers are required to present a negative COVID-19 rt-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival at an accredited laboratory host country. Children of the age of 10 years or younger do not require a test. Please note to submit your test results to Tradewind Aviation prior to departure in order to confirm that you meet the entry requirements.
The inbound travelers to/from Guadeloupe are prohibited, unless they are based on a compelling reasons that cannot be postponed. For this category of travelers a negative COVID-19 rt-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival is required.
Passengers connecting to St. Barth at St. Martin Airport (SXM) are required to fill out the mandatory health authorization application through an Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) for every visitor whether arriving by air, boat or in transit. This includes Sint Maarten and Sint Martin residents. Without the health authorization, entry into the country will be denied by the immigration authorities. Visitors are encouraged to complete this process as soon as they have received their COVID-19 rt-PCR or antigen test result.
Please note that a rt-PCR performed within 120 hours prior to departure to SXM (last leg in case of connecting flights) is required for all travelers.
Other tests such as antibody tests and tests performed outside of the 120 hours period will not be accepted. Results from home covid-19 collection test kits will also not be accepted.
Alternatively, travelers can do an antigen test performed within 48 hours prior to departure to SXM.
Only the following antigen tests are approved: the Becton Dickinson (BD) Veritor Plus, the Abbott Panbio, the Abott BinaxNow and the Roche/SD Biosensor F antigen tests. Tests performed outside of the 48 hours period or other brand and type of antigen tests will not be accepted.
Passengers with connecting flight in Antigua (ANU) are required to present a negative COVID-19 rt-PCR test taken within 7 days prior to arriving flight, including transiting passengers. Children below the age of 12 are exempt from this requirement. All inbound passengers must also provide a completed Health Questionnaire upon arrival, and be subjected to screening and temperature checks. Passengers arriving by sea (private yachts/ferry) are subject to quarantine according to Port Health guidelines.
